Happy 4th of July! As we mentioned, there will be no formal practice tomorrow…..Good luck to all racing either the SBRA 5k at Elings Park or another July 4th race out of town…Please send your results so we can post.
For those that want to meet. Meet 6:30am Goleta Beach and workout is: easy 30min warmup, strides x 6, 4-7mile Progression run (those running 30miles per week or less keep it to 4miles….start 10-20sec per mile slower than marathon effort and increase pace 10sec/mile every mile until you get to threshold effort on the last mile only. Cooldown 20 plus minutes depending on your mileage/schedule.
