Tuesday 5/14/2024 AM workout

Hi guys, I am not going to be at todays workout so here it is…..and maybe it will help you to see it beforehand to understand it.

Workout: warmup (1-3miles), strides x 5, 500meters@Threshold effort (threshold effort for 500meters not threshold effort for 4miles…pay attention to your effort….perceived effort 80% jog 100meters to the 600meter mark then immediately go into a quick 200meters@90% effort, 90sec jog recovery between each x 6-8 sets…..stopping after 6 sets is just fine and more appropriate for most groups.

Do not get stuck looking at your “pace”….run your own 80% and your own 90%!

Run in your same groups as always.

See you all Saturday and have a great workout!

Rusty
